- MMMichael3 days ago1.0I usually come to this store because every time i have they give me good service it was my go to. Lately I’ve been getting the run around with asurion for getting my phone replaced. I went in to ask to let them know the issues I was having. Instead of helping me threw figure them out the black guy who was helping me told me ya phones stopping working after 3 years. I get it you are trying to make a sale by getting an upgrade or something but don’t feed me that bs phones stop working after 3 years. After this experience I won’t be coming here and I’d recommend anyone else as well.
