    I had went into the store wanting to upgrade my daughter's phone. The first time I stopped by Noah acted like he was not interested in helping he didn't even offer to look at my account for upgrades so I left thinking I would call Verizon to ask about upgrades. Went back a second time and spoke to Noah again and explained that I wanted to upgrade my daughter's phone and give it to her for Christmas. He stated that he could possibly help but since she was in another area he would have to add another line and then switch her phone number to the new phone for which would put her phone out of service for about 30 min. After attempting to update the sim on the phone he states that my daughter's current phone would not be able to updated due to something with the sim. Now she has no working phone because he stated that the new phone now has her number so she would have to go into a Verizon store to have it changed back. Second problem.....Noah stated while checking out that he was going to throw in 3 accessories because it's Christmas! If you are told a statement like that to me it means free. Once we went to pay he states that the total is $300. Mind you the phone is free. He charged us for the accessories that he conveniently and so nicely threw in for Christmas! I have been a customer with Verizon for over 18 yrs this is by far the worst service I have received.

    When we arrived at the store, there was a long line and only one representative working. Many people were frustrated, and several left empty handed because the wait was so long. Despite the situation, Noah remained calm, professional, and incredibly dedicated. Noah was incredibly helpful during our visit. He took his time helping us, explained everything clearly and patiently, and made sure every one of our questions was fully answered. We never felt rushed just genuinely supported. Even though he was the only person in the store attending to everyone, he still provided exceptional service. I truly hope Verizon considers hiring more staff, on Sunday because one representative can only do so much. There were about ten people waiting at one point and most of them left frustrated . We had time and needed a new phone so we wait and I’m glad we did Noah was absolutely worth it. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress free. He even apologized for the delay (which was not his fault at all) and stayed with us until my new phone was completely set up. This is the first time a representative has truly listened to all my concerns and made me feel like I was genuinely cared for. My husband and I are both very happy with the customer service we received. We truly appreciate the time and effort Noah put into helping us. I love my new phone! Thank you, Noah!

    Placed an order online for a phone was supposed to pick it up in store but was told it takes 24 hours. Went back a week later and was told they are having problems ringing out online and phone orders. Apparently they had no problem ringing out in store purchases. I called verizon customer service and cancelled my order and got it delivered to my house a few days later. I should have placed my order for delivery and skip the store. Verizon customer service (via phone and online) is amazing by the way. Hope my experience helps others.

    I usually come to this store because every time i have they give me good service it was my go to. Lately I’ve been getting the run around with asurion for getting my phone replaced. I went in to ask to let them know the issues I was having. Instead of helping me threw figure them out the black guy who was helping me told me ya phones stopping working after 3 years. I get it you are trying to make a sale by getting an upgrade or something but don’t feed me that bs phones stop working after 3 years. After this experience I won’t be coming here and I’d recommend anyone else as well.
