  If I could do negative 5 I would. After lying to us and switching plans without our permission , they deleted my cloud account......15+ years of memories gone. And google didn't download everything so....im screwed. I will never go here again. Been with them since I was a teenager and this is what I get...wow🤦‍♀️

  What a tremendous stroke of luck to have done our recent phone upgrades thru this store. Andy Leborgne was our sales professional and he was a pleasure to deal with. Trading in phones and doing an upgrade is never a fun process due to the absolute mess that is made with the billing for the upgraded phones. Fortunately, Andy let us know that if we experienced any billing issues he would help us resolve them. We ended up getting billed over a thousand dollars on the first bill. We contacted Andy and he spent hours on the phone with us and Verizon billing to straighten out this mess. This is my first time having a situation that was this messed up and having a real person act as an advocate for us as customers. Andy is the type of salesperson you need on your side. He straightened out all the billing issues and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store and specifically Andy if you want a client advocate on your side. Make no mistake about it-Verizon will royally screw up your bill for the first few months of new or upgraded service. When that happens you’ll need Andy on your side. Thank you so much Andy for your help and follow up service. You are a gem😎
