Being an I phone user since the release of the first one it took me a minute to love this android based phone but I do. 2 days into my cricket experience I changed my mind. Phone not communicating with other phones, text and calls rejected from both android and iPhone users. I went into three store in the northern phoenix area. Bell, Greenway, and 19th and university. Are these all owned by the same people? Does anyone know? RUDE, IMPOLITE, NOT HELPFUL, JUST NO! All three of those stores were not able to fix my phone issue, and only because they simply didn't care, and it shows!!! When I went into this location on 35th the very nice, customer focused, sincere, young lady; had my phone fixed in less then 5 minutes. Again. Thank you! IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR CRICKET SERVICE PLEASE TAKE THE EXTRA FEE MILES AND MAKE THIS YOUR HOME STORE! I did!
