He is seriously the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely kind Verizon employees I’ve ever worked with, a TRUE customer service superstar! After a bad experience at another Verizon store in town, we went to this one and met Logan and he took care of us from the very start to end! Finding good customer service is hard these days, but Logan was incredible, he listened, and I felt like he was really helping us and never pressuring to upsell us or get something that didn’t fit our needs. I’m not a huge technology person, and he explained everything and made it so easy. 10/10 go here and get Logan, he’s will make your phone purchasing experience a total breeze!
