It had sat in the box since she got it. Ashton in Cottonwood, AZ was a tremendous help! If I could give him 10 stars I would. The Racine, WI Verizon store epically failed her and Ashton saved the day. TYVM Ashton!

Through a variety of unexplainable issues, I dropped in on Ryan several times. He was superlative with his help and insights. Not sure what was going on on Verizon's end but when a "human needs a human" Ryan was right guy! 1000% thumbs up for Ryan! Thanks!
- BBBrook BaumOct 19, 20251.0This is why you should not go to local Verizon stores..... They are passing on used phones as NEW ONES!!!!! I wanted to upgrade my 1Phone 8. Becca came out with an "opened-unsealed box...iphone 14, 128G was all that they had, in black. The box the i14 came in was not sealed and was not even the same model!!!! The box is for Iphone 16e. I decided I did not want to pay for something I did not want. I would be more satisfied with a newer version, at least a 258G and in a color that I want. I went in the next day and asked if I could exchange for a i17, and Rebecca said of course, we can order that for you and She reactivated my old iphone 8, I left the store with the i14 and a dummy phone #. I left the phone in the box in the shopping bag that she gave me on the floor board of my car all week. I came back to pick up the i17 in lavender. Rebecca takes out the i14 to inspect it and finds a little pinhole, not even a scratch and would not exchange it for the i17!!!!! I walked out, and called Verizon customer service.....Now I am being charged for to phones at full price! Verizon customer support said to go back in to the store and see if we can reach an agreement for the i17. Since they are trying to pass phones that are unsealed and even in the wrong box. If they do not.... They say to cancel the i17 completely and call them directly and then Verizon will honor the exchange..... I feel like, because i am the quiet one stores like this are trying to take advantage of me.... This is so sad. and against the law.... and I am going to push this till i am treated correctly. I have lived here since 2006. I am a local....and do not like being treated like a terrorist.. Thank you for reading,
