    The service at this location is so bad. We have been waiting 30 mins with at least 4 employees available but hanging out in the back. Only one employee actually helping customers. No sense of urgency or professionalism/customer service Wanted to upgrade but will see another store wants the sale and commission. Byyyeeeeeee

    Conner at Verizon was absolutely awesome. He took the time to port over 8 phone lines from T-Mobile and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. He answered every question and made sure everything was set up correctly before we left. If you’re switching carriers or need help with multiple lines, Conner is the guy to ask for. Highly recommend!

    I suppose everybody can have an off day, but this was one of the most disappointing/oddest retail encounters I’ve had in quite a while. Checked in in order to pick up a new phone that was ordered and paid online. The employee who checked me in did something on his tablet which resulted in me receiving a text message that told me I was third in line and it included a link so I could get a status update on the wait. So I waited 45 minutes and then I thought well I better check the status update there seems to be a lot of other people getting helped and I’m still sitting here. So I clicked the link in the text message that had been sent me 45 minutes earlier and now it said I was sixth in line. Well that’s odd because I originally got a text message that indicated I was checked in and third in line only to wind up later at sixth in line and not even checked in yet. So I tracked down an employee and asked what was going on and he looked at his tablet and couldn’t seem to find me listed anywhere and we went through the usual….What’s your name again? How do you spell it and eventually he found something and I told him why I was there and he said oh OK yeah it seems like you’ve been waiting here a long time so I’ll get this taken care of. Then he disappeared for a few minutes and when he came back, he came back over and he said so…why are you here as if he’d never talked to me before. I explained again why I was there… this would make the third time I’ve told somebody and the second time I’ve told him why I’m here … which was to pick up the phone that I already ordered and paid for. So again he disappears and he comes back with the phone. The set up part went pretty quickly and straightforward, but I would have to say it was almost as if I was an invisible person while he was going through the setup. A very strange vibe… he periodically wandered off to help others as if getting me set up remained an afterthought. It wasn’t even clear when he had finished, he wandered off again and when he wandered back near me I asked if we were done and he said yes. Again, a truly strange vibe to the whole visit to this store.

    Very disappointed with Verizon in general. We came to this location because we had issues with 3rd party location in Maricopa, but the Chandler location is just the same. We told them about are past problems and they assured us that we wouldn’t be dealing with those problems because they aren’t a 3rd party but sure enough here we are right back again with billing errors. We’ve been reaching out to Joey to correct the situation and he’s been giving us the run around. We went into the store every single day last week because he told us that the bull would be corrected and it never was. He claimed he was waiting on manager approval but how long does that take? If the manager is aware of the situation and what’s going on you would think that they would automatically approve the credit. But of course not, because there’s something else going on that we aren’t being told about. I’m really sick and tired of the games that Verizon has been playing and at this point considering taking legal actions because a company of this caliber should not be entrapping us the way that they have. Now we have a $1550 bill that supposed to be $150 with no explanations, no assistance, or empathy. These guys don’t know what they’re doing and it shows. The only thing they know how to do is make a sale. No one knows how to fix the issues that they cause and they don’t care to fix the issue because if they did it would be fixed. If you guys care then you’ll do something about this.

    Ms. Haylee is the definition of what 5-star customer service is. I couldn’t have been happier with her quick service, little questioning but clear customer/ consumer care. Verizon is VERY LUCKY to have someone like Ms. Haylee representing this already-great brand. Thank you for your time Ms. Haylee, your integrity being true to company policy yet still trying to find a way to keep clientele happy. Anyone looking to get their problem solved FAST and done RIGHT will ask for Ms. Haylee.
