    Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had trying to cancel my service. It is all smiles and happiness when you want service or are trying to get help (cause they want to keep you), but cancelling service is a completely different story. I could write at least a 2 paragraphs about it, but I am not going to waste any more of my time on them.

    Terrible experience at this location. I have been a customer for years, and apparently that doesn’t matter on how they treat you. I was having issues with my phone (Verizon) and decided to change carriers, and STILL had issues so I came in and immediately within less then one minute talking to an associate named Shawn maybe Shay, he said well it’s not our problem you’re not our customer anymore. Mind you my service ended last night and I walked in as soon as they opened the store. The employee’s tone, and mannerism was totally unacceptable.

    Had a problem with my new Google Pixel phone. I had downloaded Memo which had a lot of apps (especially TikTok) which I didn't want. Showed Luis and he knew exactly what to do. Downloaded Notes, transferred all my info from Memo to Notes and I'm very happy. Thank you so much, Luis. May you win the lottery.

    Shout Out to Geno at this Location. Geno has assisted me twice, First with the new iphone and Ipad, the second with the apple watch. I had fits called sprint and was upset with the service on the phone, It took them says to verify my identity and claimed there was some type of fraud. This ended up being incorrect and then they fonally sold me a phone over the phone. Then i realized the agent on the phone was not setting me up correctly and would have had a 130 dolalrs phone bill for my phone alone. Went to the store, met Geno, he took his time, went through everything and worked with me patiently. Walked out with a phone and tablet for a much better price. So i came back ad bought the new apple watch, he set me up and i know have all three for what i was gonna pay for the phone when i initially bought online. Go to this store, everyone is friendly, patient, calm and will work with you to get your customer needs in a price range that will work within your budget (within reason OFC). As long as Geno works for Verizon, he is who i will go to.
