I took the phone to this store, and gave it to the young man behind the counter. His name is Ryan. It took quite a few minutes. The phone would not even let him call inside Verizon number! He had not seen that problem before. However, he did not give up and eventually - incredibly, he got the phone to work! Not only is Ryan knowledgeable and skillful, he also is so wonderfully courteous and polite. Stays calm and focused until the problem is solved! He is actually the best staff worker in any Verizon store I have even been to - if I owned a company I would want all of my employees to be so personable!
