    Walked in to purchase a new phone case and screen protector today and waited about 10 minutes for assistance while an employee stood on her phone. She made eye contact with us and continued using her phone, no greeting or acknowledgment at all. I remained waiting, and the next person who walked in was helped immediately. Ever since switching to Verizon, it’s been one headache after another, and experiences like this make me want to switch providers. It seems like at the Verizon’s in my area lack good customer service or any at all, unless their trying to get you on a plan.

    Terrible. I placed an on-line order for pick up because it was listed in stock at this location. iPhone 17 pro max, series 11 Apple Watch, and a gizmo3 watch for my son for Christmas. They canceled the order. Already paid for and everything. No courtesy call to say they are out of stock and provide options. Hey, we are out of stock on this item but we can have it shipped to us in so many days. Or we can find another location that has it in stock. Or would you like it shipped to your home instead.Nothing. Just me wondering why my order was canceled thinking maybe I got hacked. Still expected to turn in my phone and my service plan was also changed. Messed everything up. Of course canceling it gives me a refund for the amount I spent Which takes 3 to 5 business days to go back into my account. I have spent four hours on the phone with Verizon customer service representatives. Making sure everything has been canceled. As far as not turning in the phone that I own. Credits they gave me returned and the payment I already made refunded. Absolute headache, and terrible customer service. Where is the thought process? I’m just going to cancel this customer’s order. Thanks to the incompetent individual who did this. I’ve spent all day trying to resolve their mess up and my son may not get his watch for Christmas.

    Very very disappointed in this store. Upgraded a phone first they tell me I have to bring the old phone to the store so I do and get told the system is down. So they put the phone in a box tape over the label.. I take it to UPS and they can’t scan it since the guy taped over it.. I go back to the store pissed off already since this is my 2nd time in there. I get blamed that I did something to the label. When it was taped over and told the guy look at your camera since you taped it. They also asked if I left it in the car so I said no.. repeated you all taped over the label. The customer service is so shitty there and only one person is decent there.I will never go back to that store..Verizon has gone down hill with their customer service.

    This is probably the absolute worst Verizon store in the entire West Valley probably the state as well, and the fact that this is a corporate location is disgusting. The general manager, Maria is hardly ever in the building, and if you request for contact info to speak to the general manager, they absolutely refuse to give it to you. They will lie to you about prices make promises that they do not keep and then also lie to you about what they have in stock. I know they lied because when I went into the store, they said that they were out of something, but when I called Corporate and they looked at their inventory. They had plenty of them ( every single cell phone is monitored from Verizon before it leaves the building so if they say there’s one in the building, it’s in the building) If you wanna be lied to and scammed, this is definitely the Verizon store for you. Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional and an extreme disappointment. I’ve only had Verizon for like five months, but I’m at the point where I’m just gonna cancel the service because it’s that shitty. Customer service doesn’t do anything for you in the past week. I have spent over 12 1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon/ Going in store. Probably the worst cell phone experience that I’ve had anywhere ever. Also, I can’t remember what her name was but the guest representative with dark hair and glasses is extremely rude and non-personable. She said that she was a manager she shouldn’t be. She shouldn’t even have a job there. I’m extremely close to filing a lawsuit against Verizon, as well as filing a complaint with the BBB for this specific location. Also, when you’re posting reviews here, also expect to just get the exact same response that Verizon gives to every single person that gives a one star review. It’s literally just an automated thread. That shows you how little they care about their customers they don’t even have actual representatives that reach out to people about these reviews If you go through and read Verizon’s responses for every single one of these reviews, it’s literally the exact same verbiage For every single review, Verizon used to be one of the best companies in the world. Now it’s rated on the bottom of all of the other carriers. And that’s just not my opinion that’s statistics. If I could give this store, zero stars, I absolutely would every single one of their employees is a liar, A manipulator and extremely rude.
