    The management at the store is anything but management Lee could not manage himself out of a paper sack! Verizon should be embarrassed to have these people consider themselves leaders of their company. The only thing they’re doing for them is leading them into a ditch. he spoke to me as if I were a child, less than human! He actually called me stupid at one point and then refused to sell me a product while holding it above my head where I could not reach it such an adult! Then when come to find out when I go to another corporate store everything he told me was a lie, and it was fixed immediately! He is pathetic and I hope Verizon and I do the right thing. I hope they get rid of him. I was verbally assaulted that day and that is truly unacceptable.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Especially from a corporate store?! Insane I DO NOT recommend this location AT ALL! make the drive to go somewhere else. Read the other 1 star reviews. Terrible terrible customer service. If I could give them negative stars. I would!!

    Adrian was not helpful at all, he walked away during my appointment. I went to another Verizon to get my husband in my Line and he told me that I could transfer lines whenever. And I go to the other location and they said I cannot until 30 days later. I also feel as if I was rushed. I was not offered to have a 17 ordered. So I feel like I was rushed to get the 16. My phone did not transfer over after he said it did. I do not recommend this location AT ALL.

    I was sent to this store to address a Sim card issue. The guy was busy playing games on his phone during the same time he was "doing" something with mine. He had no interest in helping us. Said we will have to call customer service. Which we had already done. Very rude service. We were sent back to this store and the same man helped us and got our phone working with no problems.

    Went into this store tonight around 5:20pm on a 10/16. We were not greeted when we walked in which is fine, the dude out there was with another customer. A guy came from the back and immediately had an off attitude. I told him I had ordered Samsungs online and didn’t like them so I wanted to exchange for an iPhone 17 pro max. He said they are not in stock. I said okay and walked out. After a short conversation with my husband and calling the Little Rock store and looking online, we decided we are fine with the 17 pros. I went back in and he told me they’re not in stock either. I told my husband. He went back in and told him we were told they do have them and they are showing in stock online. My husband just told him that if it’s that he doesn’t just want to exchange them, it’s fine but at least be honest about it. Dude told my husband to get out of the store. I could not believe how rude he was. I use to work for a phone company. I know they’re holding the phones for commission sales only. This is going to cause issues. I am not stopping with the complaints until there is some kind of repercussions for this. I will take it to corporate. This was 10/16 after 5pm and it was a black guy working.
