- NGnick greeneSep 7, 20251.0These guys messed my phones all up, went in to start a business account, picked out the phones, asked how much bill would be, told they wouldn't know until the end, called old cell company to port out, asked again how much my monthly bill would be, again told wouldn't know until the end. Well in the end of the process after porting out from old carrier, told it would be 331.38 due right then.. wasn't happy but paid it, never could call or receive text, when someone called it rang on my old phone. Went in this morning they sent me to Jonesboro store, walked in Jonesboro store and they kinda laughed and said yeah they tell people that so they don't have to deal with them. I called the Paragould cops (useless by the way) and they said it was their discretion on whether they do the refund or not.. even though the phones were never used. So I left. I'm stuck with these people cause nobody can port me in without something from them and can't get it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IF YOU WANT VERIZON GO TO JONESBORO RIGHT AWAY AND HOPEFULLY THIS PLACE WILL SHUT DOWN...
