However, through no fault of her own it was probably the worst experience I have ever had trying to get a phone. MORGAN Worked on it for more than 5 hours. Yes it eventually got taken care of but it version's customer service was the so difficult even for the rep., That was transfered to at least 7 different people. But all in all after 5 plus hours, without even a chance to use the restroom, she managed to get it all finished and taken care of. THANK YOU MORGAN. You are amazing....
