I was told that my bill would be around $160 a month for the phone and internet service. My bill has been as much as $240 ever since I changed. The people there are nice but that doesn’t make it better for me. I have had to call Verizon multiple times over this. They are already the highest provider on the planet. I have been with them for 16 years and they don’t care. The customer service person told me not to use those stores because it isn’t really a Verizon store. The Verizon store is on University across from Cheddars. T-Mobile has a better plan but it just seems like a hassle to switch everything. The guy at the store sent me a text and asked how everything was going and I explained that I didn’t get the deal that he sold me on. I told him that I wasn’t very happy about it and I was considering taking everything back and going to T-Mobile and his reply was a couple weeks later and he said I understand. That’s it. Don’t try to fix it. Just saying I don’t trust them and I would recommend the main location if you are staying with Verizon.
