    I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I decided to come in! I came in to switch my service and bring my numbers over and the sales rep (Gregory) told me that he would be able to assist me with that. I also had to order another device since one of my old devices wasn’t paid off. He sent the device to another city and I lost both my numbers in the process. My level of frustration is indescribable! I’ve had my numbers for years and after being with Verizon for only a week I’m already not feeling like a valuable customer!

    I been with Verizon 6years now I never had a problem with them until now. I brought a phone almost thirty days ago and I been trying to return it because it's defective. And I been getting the run around. I think they're trying to force me to keep it. If that's the case I will cancel my account and go elsewhere.

    I went into this store on August 11, and purchased a device. The device has given me trouble since day one...I.went back into this store every day the entire week of August 11-15 each time I was there three hours or more with no results to my issues..I went back the following week and they placed a Sim card in my device. I was told today that I could do an exchange and I was there more than 2hrs and the young lady tried to help me, but with my phone being less than 30 days old. I let them know I don't want a refurbished device give me back my old device and I can go back to my old carrier. Well they said they couldn't do that, I just dropped it off yesterday afternoon. I was told initially that I had 30 days which would be the 11th and I got a call to bring it yesterday and I did just that to only be stuck with a phone that tells me I can only call 911. The young lady Kierra told me that Kevin and one other person would help me. Kevin told me he was on a call and couldn't..so when the customer service lady came back on the line no one spoke with her. So I took over the call myself because I was left with no representation!!! NEXT MOVE IS TO FIND THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE... the worst decision to deal with this store. To the OWNER THE LINK YOU GAVE SAYS THE SITE CAN NOT BE REACHED!!!

    DECEPTIVE WAYS!! BEWARE!! NOT THIS STORE BUT VERIZON ON MCAIN BLVD NORTH LITTLE ROCK- POLICY AS A WHOLE -HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter bf has Verizon Internet only. There phones are on BOOST and they don't want Verizon phones. So once they got signed up for the internet THEN the ISSUES started because they wanted to send a verification code to a cell phone however they cant because they don't have Verizon phones. So they said they would mail them the code. OF COURSE WHEN THE ARRIVED AND THEY TRIED IT IT WAS EXPIRED!!! And Verizon told them that's too bad there's nothing they can do and they would mail out another code! THE STUPIDEST THING EVER AND FOR COMPANY NOT TO HAVE A WORK AROUND FOR THE CODE IS TERRIBLE. Not everyone want a VERIZON cell phone. The internet can be purchased as a stand alone. But you can't activate anything you can redeem your promotions because you need the app. THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING THE SALES REP SHOULD OF STATED!! They were on hold over 40 min trying to activate the WIFI because they didn't have the app. Waiting for a code to come through the mail is insane and unfair to the customer. No one at the VERIZON ON MCAIN BLVD NORTH LITTLE ROCK store would help them set up the account online so they can use it that way since they can't get the app due to not having Verizon phones. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. If Verizon responds to this there need to a number or email they can respond to for this SPECIFIC ISSUE BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THE NONCHALANT ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING AND UNWARRANTED TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. VERIZON NEED TO HELP THEM IMMEDIATELY SO THEY CAN SET UP THEIR ACCOUNT AND REDEEM THEIR PROMOTIONS.
