I came in to switch my service and bring my numbers over and the sales rep (Gregory) told me that he would be able to assist me with that. I also had to order another device since one of my old devices wasn’t paid off. He sent the device to another city and I lost both my numbers in the process. My level of frustration is indescribable! I’ve had my numbers for years and after being with Verizon for only a week I’m already not feeling like a valuable customer!
