I am really hoping that other Verizon stores have better service than this one. For an entire year now I have been paying monthly for service to be on my Apple Watch, and hundreds of dollars later I still have no service at all. For a year I have been on the phone with Verizon about this with nothing done. I finally went into the store in August of this year. I was told by Sandra at this store that she would be working to fix this, and yet she now has ghosted me for a month now. Our entire experience with this store has been horrible. I’ll be going elsewhere.
⚠️EDIT::::: Let the record be known that I did fill out the form they linked in their reply to this review, and they STILL HAVE NOT gotten back with me at all.

Back in 2024 Verizon advertised through the nation their promotion of up to $1,000 off a new phone with the trade in of any phone in any condition. As a freshly graduated student from highschool (I was 18 at the time) I opted for this promotion to get a new phone. My iPhone 11 Pro (256gb) was damaged but still fully functional. They told me I would get the $1,000 off through the promotion and signed me up for the unlimited welcome plan as I was a new customer who was starting their own account. Later I figured out through my billing that $0 in credit was applied to my account through this trade in promotion. “Get iPhone 15 on us” - Verizon. It’s been over a year trying to dispute this issue. They finally told me that since I was on the unlimited welcome plan and not unlimited ultimate the trade in never qualified for this promotion; I was tricked, scammed even. Now I’m stuck playing another $641.55 for the next two years. And I’m out of an iPhone 11 Pro in which they recycled that I could have given to a family member in need. Do not go to Verizon. The sales rep will always undermine you.
A second story involving this location:
Back in July of 2025 I had damaged my phone. Through the assurion insurance plan provided thru Verizon they opted to give me a free screen replacement. I take my phone to the authorized repair shop and they end up giving me my phone back in worse condition than I gave it to them. The phone had caught on fire. The screen was inoperable 1/3 of the way down from the Face ID sensor. My power button and volume buttons were inoperable. I called assurion and they gave me a replacement. Because of the damage to my phone all modes of transferring data were unavailable as the phone was completely inoperable. It was even too dangerous to charge. I went to this verizon store where they told me they could not help me despite the over $120 I pay per month for this kind of assistance. They told me I would have to lose all my data. They also told me to go to Best Buy where they charge $75 min for a data transfer and set up. I ended up scouring the internet for days till I finally figured out a way to transfer my data and not have my phone blow up. I had to charge my phone on a bag of ice and leave it there for hours while connected physically to a TV using a remote to click the buttons I needed. And it doesn’t end there. Because of “security reasons” it took them a 2 hour phone call to activate my eSIM on this 15 pro.
In conclusion this company will force you to go through loop after loop after loop of representatives (don’t get me started on the AI rep.) to even reach someone who can understand your situation and help. I don’t reccomend Verizon to anyone. This company has truly caused me more headaches than I can think. They count on their customers being dumb. But they messed with the wrong kid.
