I would have originally called the people that work here "incompetent"--but upon looking into their actions further I actually think that what they are doing is intentional and fraudulent. I went in to get a phone update. They assured me that the monthly price would not change. Not only did the price go up $67 per month, but they added a third phone line on my account that is not mine. I don't have a third line and never had one. Also, they updated the wrong line on plan. Two phone calls later, I had to go back into the store. They had to take the phone back, cancel the order, and reissue it. I will spare all the details, but it took three trips to the store, four phone calls to Verizon, and countless hours of my life....all to get a phone update. I had to remove a product from my account that I did not authorize.

For an entire year now I have been paying monthly for service to be on my Apple Watch, and hundreds of dollars later I still have no service at all. For a year I have been on the phone with Verizon about this with nothing done. I finally went into the store in August of this year. I was told by Sandra at this store that she would be working to fix this, and yet she now has ghosted me for a month now. Our entire experience with this store has been horrible. I’ll be going elsewhere. ⚠️EDIT::::: Let the record be known that I did fill out the form they linked in their reply to this review, and they STILL HAVE NOT gotten back with me at all.
