He gave me more advice on an additional discount and showed me how to do it when I get home. Then he worked on an upgrade for my son and saved me even more money on my bill. He is the best example of customer service. I highly recommend going to him anytime you need help. When I ever have to go back I will only see him and I will recommend him to my friends and family. If you need to go to Verizon in Fort Smith head over to the store on Phoenix and ask for micheal you won't be disappointed. Thanks Micheal for all your help.

I just have a Total by Verizon phone I purchase at Walmart. I went to the Verizon store and asked the young man if he could help me. He said he could try but couldn't spend a lot of time on it since it wasn't an actual Verizon phone. His name was Eric and he was so helpful. He managed to get my numbers and photos transferred over in just a couple minutes. I am so grateful because the pictures and videos on my phone were off my great granddaughters from birth to now and I did not want to lose them. Thanks again Eric.
- CWCourtney WilliamsDec 1, 20255.0We have had the pleasure of working with Michael McLemore on a couple of different occasions in the past few months, one issue was related to a tower outage in our area which was not really an issue he could resolve himself, but he made multiple phone calls to others in the company to assist us how he could with the issue, which I believe may have been ultimately resolved due to his assistance. We also dealt with him on Nov 30, 2025 due to an issue with a phone that would not work/turn on. Our trade was complicated due to the fact that the phone wouldn't turn on to complete the required trade in steps, but he was able to work through a process that ultimately worked and we ended up with a new phone in about a hour and a great deal on the new phone! Best customer service ever and would highly recommend requesting him to work with if available!
