    Taylor is an AMAZING employee, so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!!! She worked with me remotely when my local store in Kenosha WI was a fail. I can't say enough good things about her, gold star employee!!!!!

    My husband and I came into this store to make changes to our phone plan and ended up both getting device upgrades and bundling our internet through Verizon as well. KT worked so hard to get us the best deal and was so much fun to work with. She’s been awesome every time we’ve had to interact with her and if she didn’t know something she was quick to reach out to a coworker/manager. She is highly skilled and committed to doing a good job. Verizon should be proud to have someone like her representing their store!

    Horrible experience very unprofessional store definitely There should be no reason that a customer should walk out frustrated more then they walked in and then lying to the customers that they can't help the situation. They usually make the customer have to deal with a customer service on the line versus them trying to help. The fraud department is a joke. Verizon was hacked. The hackers added full lines to my account. Fraud department has been working on it since August. It is still December and they're still trying to dispute their own problem, but the customer has having to. Still pay for something that they didnt for or do They keep telling us just keep paying the normal bill. The fraud department will get it resolved, but every other week every couple weeks, our phones get shut off because of a high extending bill that the fraud department is not resolving. Looks like it might just have to go more legal if this doesn't get resolved soon very poor experience and if I could put a -100 on the rating, that's what this would be

    I would NEVER refer anyone to this location. My son and I was in there today and an elderly couple was joking around with my son and my son ran past them quickly to pick back at them and an EMPLOYEE raised his voice and yelled at my son “STOP RUNNING” I had been on hold with customer service and heard this and turned around and addressed the employee to please not yell at my son as I am his mother and I will handle my son. He proceeded to tell me he did not yell. I said sir I heard you and you don’t need to cross lines with someone else’s child. He kept running his mouth at me as I walked away. A “manager” came out to talk to me about the issue and encouraged me to let corporate know and told me his hands were tied. When my husband went to address this issue with the both of them the denied everything thing.

    Came in to ask about order status on a device as well as help on not receiving the data connection I'm paying for. "KT" was quick to dismiss my concerns and usher me out if the store. Came back in and waited around 45 minutes to speak with another rep and was told they are unable to handle my questions. 0/10 stars. Would not suggest coming to this location unless you've already completed all terms and agreements online and are just picking up a device.
