I had visited two times in the last two months with other personnel trying to get my Verizon Forward discount attached to my new Verizon internet. Kristen had an impressive knowledge of the program and what was causing me issues. She started from the beginning, and all of the issues were solved!! If I ever have a question again I will definitely ask for KRISTEN!!
