We had issues at 2 other locations- after calling and speaking to him about what was going on he hand everything settled and ready for us when we got there! He was so kind and helpful with making sure I had everything set up the way I needed to. I had to bring my 3 year old daughter and he set her up a stool to play and was wonderful interacting with her. Can not recommend him enough!!
