I ordered my phone through Verizon, called 611, they said this was the closest store. I went in there the girl was sorta nice. She said I have to wait for an email or text. Most stores I have ordered from normally have my order done in 30 minutes to an hour. This store takes forever.. Are you putting the phone together there? No reason for it to take 2 hours or longer. I see the owner just says sorry to people but doesn't fix wait time or service which people are hinting a. No offense they don't care what your intentions are, just speed up the dang service, find people who know what they're doing or hire more people. I probably could had the phone picked up by uber and have it at my house faster.
DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!
Flights across the country are faster!!
The phone is in a box, give me the box and let me be on my way...

People were nice, but I bought a 70 dollar phone case and they had trouble getting it to stay on my brand new Z fold 7. They went to the back and got another one that stayed on my phone until I got home and it kept popping off too. Such a hassle I just ordered a different case off Temu and currently waiting on it to arrive while this case still keeps falling off.

I wish I could avoid this location all together, but unfortunately it’s the only location that gives me a pick up option. I have never came in and waited less than 30 minutes. A simple pick up where I only should show ID and pick up my router turned into a hour long wait to even be spoken with. Seriously should hire more people since this is a reoccurring issue.

I never try to leave a bad review for anyone but i feel like upper management/owner should know. The personnel at the 15st location is absolutely horrible at anything other than answering generic questions. I needed to make a transfer of device and they said it did not work and I had to call customer service. I called customer service and said they fixed the issue so I waited again, when they came up they tried it again and again did not work, they walked away to help someone else. Verizon customer service says they are able to troubleshoot and make changes but they refuse to do anything other than answer easy questions. This store should really consider hiring professionals instead of hiring robots. There was a lady sitting in the back i assume is the manager was sitting down on her phone pointing people to the check out screen. I might have had better luck with an actual robot. Pure shame because ive been very happy with verizon and still am but will NEVER return to 15st branch again
