People were nice, but I bought a 70 dollar phone case and they had trouble getting it to stay on my brand new Z fold 7. They went to the back and got another one that stayed on my phone until I got home and it kept popping off too. Such a hassle I just ordered a different case off Temu and currently waiting on it to arrive while this case still keeps falling off.

I wish I could avoid this location all together, but unfortunately it’s the only location that gives me a pick up option. I have never came in and waited less than 30 minutes. A simple pick up where I only should show ID and pick up my router turned into a hour long wait to even be spoken with. Seriously should hire more people since this is a reoccurring issue.

I had a great experience at this location today. TJones was helpful with getting my brother a new phone. It was busy and they didn’t have a lot of workers, but the manager, Robin was friendly and talking to every customer in the store. This will be my go to store out of all of them in Tuscaloosa.

I never try to leave a bad review for anyone but i feel like upper management/owner should know. The personnel at the 15st location is absolutely horrible at anything other than answering generic questions. I needed to make a transfer of device and they said it did not work and I had to call customer service. I called customer service and said they fixed the issue so I waited again, when they came up they tried it again and again did not work, they walked away to help someone else. Verizon customer service says they are able to troubleshoot and make changes but they refuse to do anything other than answer easy questions. This store should really consider hiring professionals instead of hiring robots. There was a lady sitting in the back i assume is the manager was sitting down on her phone pointing people to the check out screen. I might have had better luck with an actual robot. Pure shame because ive been very happy with verizon and still am but will NEVER return to 15st branch again

Another reviewer noted an issue which we recently experienced as well. A complete failure of store personnel to help resolve an account issue which was not only a blatant Version system error, but was being used as an excuse to try and get out of trade in promotion on daughter's phone that amounted to $800 after we purchaed an upgraded device. Associate was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to get on phone with overseas support to help resolve issue. The manager, was even more useless, acted like she didn't know anything and unwilling to help. Verizon personal refusing to talk to their own customer service people is rarified air in terms on corporate dysfunction. Even the overseas team wanted to speak to the store and they wouldn't get on the phone. My daughter had to literally track people down in store to try and relay their answers to the overseas group. Don't bother going into the store, you'll regret it.
