They were both very knowledgeable about what we wanted and asked of them. They got right to us and we got our phones in just a short time. So if you're looking for a great phone service please check with Cricket wireless and the ladies on 15th Street in Tuscaloosa Alabama,they are great. We have been all acrythe United States this summer and through some mighty tall mountain ranges and we hardly ever lost phone service.

They waived that charge. The next day I added autopay through the app. It reduced my bill by 5 bucks. I paid it. They cut off my phone. They would NOT refund my money. They said " we are a pretty big company. We do what we want". I did not get service, they kept my money. I still have neither one.

They were professional, patient, and truly cared about making sure everything was resolved before I left the store. Their customer service was top-notch, and they turned a stressful situation into a smooth and easy experience. Because of their outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for all my phone needs. Thank you again, Shatereius and Janequa—you both are awesome!
