  I visited this store to get a new phone after cracking my screen. The clerk that was there told me that I couldn't file an insurance claim against my phone because they didn't make that model anymore. She insisted that my only option would be to pay $100 for a Galaxy A15. I left the store, called Cricket, filed an insurance claim for my damaged phone and got the same Galaxy A15 for $40. I would not recommend this store.

  Went to a different Cricket store to add a line, only to find out much later they set my new line up on the wrong plan. Went to a different store in Phenix City AL and I had the best experience. The representative I believe her name was Cali went above and beyond for me. Not only did she get my plan corrected but she was very polite and knowledgeable. It’s really hard to find customer service reps that are not only knowledgeable in their jobs but actually care about their customers.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she also went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and my needs were met. Cali took the time to walk me through my options, helped me set up my phone, and even followed up to make sure everything was working smoothly. Her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way Cali does. She is a true asset to the Cricket team, and I’m so grateful for her help!

  Worked with Cali when purchasing my phone. She is one of the most professional young adult Sales representative I have met. She was very knowledgeable about the company's products and seem to be a technical expert on different phone model operating systems. Cali Barron is definitely an asset to Cricket because of her customer service and sales.

  I visited the store after getting my phone wet and pretty much destroying it. The hound worker was sooo helpful in helping me get set up with a new phone. I think her name was Cali, but she definitely was the sunshine to my unfortunate day. My new phone was activated and had me back in business quickly. I actually love it more than the one I ruined.
