He took his time and ran numbers and did math to ensure I was getting the best deal I could possibly get. I’m not sure of the manager’s name, but it began to rain while I was purchasing my new phone. The manager insisted on getting my keys to roll my windows up so my vehicle would not be soaked. It was absolutely Coming a downpour he got drenched. He was very happy to do it and was so friendly. He truly went above and beyond normal guest service!!! I work in a customer service industry as well and I know great service when I witnessed it or experience it and this was way beyond great service. Thank you again To the team.
