Upon next billing cycle (before the 30 day mark), the new plan did not include all that was discussed in the store. Attempted to call the store and get the specific associate on the phone in order to fix the issue or revert, but was told by a colleague they would get them a message to get back to us. 4 days later and still no returned call. Had to spend hours on the phone with Enterprise-level Verizon Customer Service to revert back to one of the original plans, and the other member of the family is still having trouble doing so for their plan (after also spending an individual 1 hour+ on the phone with Enterprise-level customer service). In all, this store is not recommended.
