- SSSSCOct 30, 20255.0A standing ovation for Derrik at Verizon on Winchester Rd! If there were a medal for patience, Derrik would be wearing gold. He heroically guided us through a three-hour transfer saga involving a 25-year-old business account, a personal account, and plenty of confusion worthy of its own mini-series. It was like watching a tech support thriller — with Derrik as the calm, capable, yet humorous lead. He somehow managed to untangle decades of account chaos and (miraculously) didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. That alone deserves a parade. After surviving this odyssey together, we feel like Derrik is practically family — the smart relative you call when your phone bill looks suspicious or your SIM card vanishes. Verizon, please clone this man!

The customer service expert at the Winchester Road location Jake Vanhoek went over and above the top in assisting me with the sales and set up of me cell phone and wi-fi installation! I was hoping to get some outstanding customer service like I USED to get with T-Mobile and I was pleasantly surprised with Jake. Helpful AND handsome!
