The individual that helped us tried to charge the phone with cord and charging pad with no results. After that her suggestion was to take the phone to a third-party repair company which we did. My only concern with this company is, with the money we pay every month on our services and the price they charge for phones, how do you not have a repair center or diagnostic tech in your location. I will say that we took the phone to ubreakifix and they diagnosed the problem in about a minute and had the phone repaired within 45 minutes. Verizon definitely needs to do better.

I told him that someone eventually came up to me to sign me in after a while. They are extremely slow. All I needed was to look at phone cases and waited over 20 mins. I walked out.
