- LWlaurie weatherlyDec 30, 20255.0I got there at 730 when they close at 8 after trying to get help thru chat online with no success, Cara, was very polite even though I am sure she was ready to close and go home as I know I would be, she solved my problem in about 10-15 minutes when I had spent over 2 hours chatting with someone else online that ended up just disconnecting from the chat without even telling me he was disconnecting. I was not very happy with Cricket Wireless when I got to Cara's store but she fixed my problem quickly and was super nice too!! I hope i haven't spelled her name wrong but she was awesome!
