  My experience ordering two 17 Pro Max iPhones was largely pleasant. When I first went inside, Delilah was amazing, very kind and patient when explaining the various plans. Ultimately, I signed a three-year contract with the understanding that the phones were out of stock and would have to be ordered. At first, I was told they wouldn’t arrive until around January 6 but they arrived on Tuesday. Delilah called me that afternoon but I couldn’t pick them up until the following day. On Wednesday, I went to get the phones and get them set up. They had agreed to waive the set up fee since I had to wait on the phones. They were crowded and Delilah was speaking with other customers so, my mom and I sat down on a bench to wait. About 40-45 minutes later, an employee named Jesus came up to us, asking why we were there. I responded that we were there to pick up our new 17 Pro Max iPhones. He cut me off, saying they were out of stock. I told him that Delilah had called me the day before to pick up the phones. He said she was wrong to do that and it was first come, first serve. I then pulled out my contract and he wouldn’t even look at it. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, all but telling us to leave. Based on his atrocious attitude/treatment, had I not signed the contract I would have walked out the door. But I waited until I could speak to Delilah and sure enough, our phones were in the back. Delilah did a phenomenal job transferring our phones and helping us pick out cases. All told, it would have been a fabulous experience if not for Jesus.

  Terrible, rude, unhelpful employees & manager. Verizons customer service in store & call in number are awful. Going to see if another verizon store can resolve issues. Worst than a one star.

  Sitting for 20 minutes and one of the reps finally got freed up and they went to lunch. Worst service a company can offer all while charging more than any other company. Avoid Verizon and this location at all costs. Terrible! Edit: now im sitting here and both reps are in the back and still not getting any help. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE ENTIRE STORE!!!!!!!

  Worst store I have ever dealt with. Everytime I come here there is nothing but grief and incompetence. End up doing everything online or going to the Albertville store ( who always seems to know what to do ) but is not convenient.
