Last employee started transferring my information from my old phone to new iPhone and told me it would take up to 4 hours to get everything transferred. He told me to keep my phones side by side to complete transfer. When I left the store my phones were still transferring information. Phones stopped transferring once I left Guntersville store because I was off there internet. I waisted over 3 hours in that store. Both phones stopped working and I was without a working phone until the next morning. I went to a different store and my phone was fixed in 35 minutes. Huntsville Verizon store awesome. Everyone very nice and helpful. I will never go back to Guntersville store.

The so called manager would rather stand behind the counter and take care of Reps on the computer than to service the multiple customers that are waiting, and have been waiting for 20 minutes or longer. I went there twice and never got waited on, so I drove to the Gadsden store and was in and out in not much more than 5 minutes. Those people there know how to take care of customers. How they put the manager at the Guntersville store in that position I'll never know, because he definitely doesn't understand that the customers pay the bills, and his salary, not the Reps. I will never step foot inside that store ever again.
