They have been super helpful, and have went out of their way from day one to help me as a customer. All of the customer service has been super nice, and respectful and I would recommend giving them a try. It is definitely worth the money to switch to Verizon, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that they are going to have your back on anything is priceless! If you come into the store on 157 in Cullman, ask for Garrold, he's a sales rep and he's the one who has helped me every single time. He's a blessing from God.

He kept my bill low also got me a new phone. I also got to use my old phone as a free home phone and a new tablet. I've been with Verizon a very longtime and never have been treated so well. Also never had this great of experience as I did with Ian. Definitely will be going back to this store if I need help with anything!!!
