The guy and the manager refused to give us their name, was very short and rude to not only us but other customers as well, kept walking away making sly remarks and comments thinking we couldn’t hear them, and offered no kind of help for our situation whatsoever. I usually don’t do these but after being a customer for several years it makes me not even want to use this service anymore if that’s how we are going to be treated.
