- BWBig WormJul 2, 20252.0Last week customers were invited to a gaming event under the auspices that there would be games to play and prizes given away. They give out tickets saying it's going to be a raffle drawing and then after about an hour they come back and say we need your ticket back we're going to give you another ticket you need to put your name and phone number on it which they could have just done with the original ticket they gave us and then tell us the prize will not be given away today it'll be given away at a later date and we will call you. Nowhere previously was it ever mentioned the prizes would not be given away the day of the event to tell customers you are not giving away the prize that day some of us traveling from a good distance that is a very poor way to handle doing an event with your customers that you are trying to act like you care about. You obviously planned this a long time in advance and you choose not to have the prizes ready the day of the event. There need to be reparations made for the poor way this was handled.
