- TSTravis Scott2 days ago2.0Its 237pm on November 21st and the sales associate Sarah S showed she is lacking in customer service by taking a personal call from "Smalls" and instead of letting them know she was with a customer she decided to include me in their personal conversation for the entire time i was conducting business. The other sales rep poked her head out just long enough to insure i wasn't a manager then shut the employee only door but her movie was still very loud which annoyed me even more. She also had the audacity of charging me a processing fee. It appears that the store manager, Colby Nolen, needs to retrain his staff or be reconsidered by the owners. When my current contract expires ill be looking to finally end a 20+ year relationship with Verizon.

And I have to make another trip to the store to see why my bill is still showing not payed

Colby was very patient with me when I had to bring my home internet modem back and have help getting to work the way it should. I would always recommend giving them a visit if you need their services.
