Just switched mobile plans from Rogers to a really good deal offered by Best Buy with Bell. Smoothest experience from any cell provider I’ve ever been to.
I was on hold with Rogers for an hour with no changes to my account so I decided to go to a best buy to ask about the deal.
The associate Omar answered every question I had and made it very clear on how the process works when switching over. I had everything done right at the counter in about 15 minutes with 3 different phone plans.

We went yesterday there and both of the associates were in the mood of zero customer service we were in line since an hour .. not asked for any kind of favour they were just looking at us both and just talking to their existing customers .. which kinda sale closing takes hour to complete and they both were eating time of the customers with sitting them as well !! Guys if you are running late or cannot stand please dont visit here they are busy in themselves.. customers who were ling up with just a charger cable also had to wait for long so we both decided to leave and never go to them again .. zeroo customer service
