It should tell you something about the level of friendliness and service that I'd be willing to write such a belated review! I had ordered a new smart phone for my Dad to pickup here. Kris and Sugann were very welcoming, and told me I'd missed an online chance to get a free smart watch with the new phone. They walked me through the whole process to cancel and re-order to get the bonus. They were lighthearted and made an otherwise very dull process very FUN. My only regret is that I don't live in Calgary to make more purchases with them. Thanks Sugann and Kris!
