While not everything can be replaced because of the sentimental value, they cared and made whole all that they could immediately. I used this company about 4 1/2 months ago to move my belongings 1.5 miles. Everything was boxed before they arrived. They wrapped the furniture and began loading the truck. The move took 13 hours, much longer than any move I have ever made, and we have moved a lot. The total was $1,400 more than the original quote we were given. Pieces (components) of furniture were lost in that short distance. Damage to several pieces of furniture occurred, and the "repair" that was given was a joke. I am posting now because I have finally gotten everything unpacked, and several things are missing. I did not want to think that it was taken, which is why I waited so long. Several kitchen tools (crockpots, InstantPot, and baking dishes) are missing. Boxes of holiday decorations are missing. Many of my glass items were broken in the move. These are expensive to replace or irreplaceable because they were family items. Like I said earlier, I have moved a lot, four states in the last six years, and this level of damage and missing items has never occurred.
