  From the first call, to the last box, these guys were fantastic! They worked around my crazy schedule and made sure what I could move after a fire was boxed up neatly, safely taken to the new place, and put exactly in the right rooms. I highly recommend them!

  **Update**- I spoke with the company, and they apologized for the broken items and ordered replacements for the missing kitchen items. While not everything can be replaced because of the sentimental value, they cared and made whole all that they could immediately. I used this company about 4 1/2 months ago to move my belongings 1.5 miles. Everything was boxed before they arrived. They wrapped the furniture and began loading the truck. The move took 13 hours, much longer than any move I have ever made, and we have moved a lot. The total was $1,400 more than the original quote we were given. Pieces (components) of furniture were lost in that short distance. Damage to several pieces of furniture occurred, and the "repair" that was given was a joke. I am posting now because I have finally gotten everything unpacked, and several things are missing. I did not want to think that it was taken, which is why I waited so long. Several kitchen tools (crockpots, InstantPot, and baking dishes) are missing. Boxes of holiday decorations are missing. Many of my glass items were broken in the move. These are expensive to replace or irreplaceable because they were family items. Like I said earlier, I have moved a lot, four states in the last six years, and this level of damage and missing items has never occurred.

  Another great experience with downsizing and moving furniture and household items to a climate controlled storage unit! The move was flexible and flawless in fulfilling my specific needs! I had the pleasure of working with Jarrett, Russell and Anthony. Honesty, integrity and compassion are the personality traits that are shown in every interaction I have had with these exceptionally friendly and kind gentleman. I look forward to hiring them again for my out-of- state move knowing that they always provide service that is superior from start to finish!

  This moving company has truly been outstanding from start to finish. When I first spoke with Russell, he immediately put my mind at ease and worked with me to reschedule my move at the last minute when my plans got messed up. Their flexibility and support were much appreciated. On the morning of moving day, I received a call from the movers that they were about 20 minutes out. Vince and his brother arrived—and they went above and beyond to make me and my anxious cockapoo feel comfortable. Everything flowed smoothly all day, and they even helped put together a few extra things for me. I highly recommend this team—professional, courteous, polite, and genuinely friendly. An outstanding experience overall!

  Exceptional clean out and moving experience! Jarrett was friendly and very flexible and accommodating in scheduling for my specific needs. I was suffering from anxiety with the move, but my worries were gone when I was greated with a warm and understanding smile. Russell handled the job with the reassurance and kindness likened to a loving family member. Being well-organized and efficient, he accomplished the clean-out and subsequent move to the storage unit calmly and quickly. Xculsive Movers are definitely the best moving company that I have had the pleasure to hire.
