They had estimated it would take 1-2 hours, and I figured they billed in one-hour increments, so when it went over 1 hour I assumed I'd be charged for 2 hours, but to my pleasent surprise they only charged me for 1.25 hours. The organizing they did of all the stuff in the storage unit was way better than we could've done ourselves. It was totally worth it to hire them and save our poor old backs :) I highly recommend this company!
