They said they start charging as soon as they leave the site(ON STEELES), they were only 14 mintues away from me and took over and hour to arrive(LIED THEIR TRUCK CAME FROM A STORAGE PARKING LOT IN VAUGHAN), brought a huge truck even though I was just moving from my old rent house(Murray Ross parkway) to my dorm room on campus(the pond), then the guy claimed he was sick(WASNT DOING HIS JOB), what was a one hour job took 4!+ And what I agreed was to be paid 200$ of which I already deposited 100, turned out total becoming 600$????. They left with my stuff as I refused to pay(I ONLY HAD 15 STERILE COINTAINERS WHICH I HAD NEASTLY STACKED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOUSE). Luckily I tracked down where they park their truck and by God's mercy it was open, I took the rest of my stuff (essentials like my towels and toiletries) booked and uber and was gone. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!!
