- ECErin CassidySep 6, 20251.0This company is TERRIBLE- they broke my son’s 55” flat screen TV during their move in June 2025 and promised to pay to replace it and they NEVER did. And he has not heard from them since. They were so slow. I feel in order to prolong the length of time they would be paid. They only moved a one bedroom apartment. With no living room furniture, no kitchen furniture and it took them 8 hours. They came with no tools and were covered completely unprepared and incapable of how to assemble a bed frame. We had to help them get the job done to get them out of the house.

The move started with the crew not bringing the tv box requested, or any tools needed to disassemble simple things like a desk and a small metal bed frame. This resulted in the breaking of a 58" 4k television, and about 2 plus hours of our move wasted on the bedframe. After the we realized the television was broken, I understand mistakes happen and that we would have the company make things right. The owner of the company offered no compensation for the tv besides an insurance claim that "would assess the value of the tv". Completely unprofessional and absurd as the broken TVs value is irrelevant. Attempting to amortize the broken tv when it is the cost I have had to incur to REPLACE the tv I no longer have. Not that this even matters as over three weeks later I have received nothing to compensate for this. I haven't had to leave a negative review like this before, but Titan Movers broke our tv. No attempt to reimburse us for the replacement tv. Out about $3,000 after the cost of the move and the new tv.
