- TYTeresa YanceyNov 17, 20252.0This is my second move with Pink Zebra and the previous was great this one was disappointing. The wrapping and loading started off well but the 4th crew member who showed up an hour late was making things chaotic. The delivery/unload was disorganized with crew putting things everywhere. I asked for area rugs to be brought in but they brought all of the furniture in first so everything had to be moved or lifted again to get rugs in place. I couldn't watch the separate crews so one placed bed and tv with the rug face side down and the tag showing. The crew who showed up late brought in the big box of art and set it in front of me and said here's the art and walked away. I had to ask another crew member to assist. They left items at my house and didn't do a walk through at delivery. There was no clear leader and friction between the crew. I heard them saying they were ready to get home. I had a bed delivered to a storage unit after they unloaded at my house and they divided the bed between two trucks so I had to pay for 4 crew and two trucks to deliver one bed. When i questioned this the crew who was late said they dont get paid a lot. so needed the hours. When I complained the crews Foreman said it was delivered in less hours than quoted so Iguessthat made it okay.
