  The guys at Joe's Moving were so great. Super nice & friendly, I terrible a remembering names, but they were so great. We finishing about 45 mins under the estimate I got, which was even better. Highly, highly recommended, if/when I move again, I'll definitely be using Joe's Moving again.

  Excellent moving company The 3 men who moved two homes from two different locations (towns)to a third location! Were efficient and friendly and respectful They asked us questions about where our furniture needed to be placed. They put some of our furniture in the basement. I had a very meaningful beautiful glass lamp with a cut glass base. The men were exceptionally careful with my lamp They treated as if it was their own. Our mattresses were wrapped up in a bag to save them from the cold and wind. It was very cold when we moved December 29, 2025. They wrapped our dressers, so we didn’t have to take out any clothes from the drawers. I can’t recommend them enough for people to hire them as a moving company Joe’s moving company and his team are exceptional.

  I originally called on December 1st to schedule a move for December 26th, paid the deposit and the movers were scheduled to arrive between 9 to 10am on December 26th. At 10:26, I get a call that one of the movers had called out of work and he was searching for a replacement, after 30 minutes I got a call that he has not found anyone to fill in and there's nothing that can be done until he finds someone. Fortunately I was able to scramble and find replacement movers that helped me out last minute. Really upsetting situation but thank goodness for the other guys that helped me out

  My experience with Joe’s Moving Co. was extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I want to share it so others can make an informed decision. Before scheduling the move, I spoke several times with the company’s representative. He spoke very confidently about their service and customer satisfaction, which gave me enough reassurance to book the move. On moving day, the crew arrived about 45 minutes late, and the quality of the move declined from there. While moving a new stainless steel refrigerator, it was damaged significantly on the side. I was told they didn’t have the proper equipment for it and that their insurance would not cover that type of damage, even though I had been told beforehand that they were fully licensed and insured. The crew took multiple breaks throughout the job, and some of the workers returned from lunch smelling strongly of smoke, which did not feel professional. Several walls in both homes were gouged, and a hardwood kitchen table that has been in my family for years was scratched enough that it now needs to be refinished. At the end of the move, the full time—including all break time—was included on the bill. At that point, I paid it simply because I wanted the job to be over. In the weeks following the move, we discovered that several boxes we had packed ourselves were opened and disturbed. These boxes were clearly labeled “Master Bedroom” and “Fragile.” After unpacking, we realized that some personal items were missing, including sentimental pieces. I reported the missing items to the authorities but because the unpacking occurred weeks later, I was told it might be difficult to determine exactly what happened. Since the move, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, but none of my calls or emails have been returned. I’m sharing this experience to help others avoid going through the same issues we encountered. Based on my experience, I certainly cannot recommend this company.
