When I called to find out why my schizophrenic brother was left out in the cold waiting for his driver, I was told that the driver was waiting away from the area he is supposed to pick him up. When the dispatcher staterted to raise his voice and make excuses why they are not picking him up where they are supposed to, I became upset informing him that they are supposed to pick him up infront of my building. The dispatcher rudely hung up on me. This is not the first time, it's happened more that once. If you want a reliable service, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Have been waiting for a return trip for my elderly disbaled mother, 1.5 hrs and still no car, they dont answer phone, long holds, are inconsiderate to for those with medical needs. Not the first time this has happened, will be reporting to Medicaid Transportation services....wouldnt be suprised if charging fraudulent trips

Transportation Managers like Medical Answering Services (MAS) or ModivCare assign trips on the following basis within the appropriate mode of transportation:
1) Enrollee’s freedom of choice.
2) Medical provider’s freedom of choice.
3) rotation.
Only three percent of all trips assigned by MAS are assigned by rotation. If you would like Brooklyn Radio Dispatcher as your transportation provider as an MAS enrolle you have the freedom of choice to request us.
