The worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. Waiting over 45 mins for a driver when there is a scheduled pick up time is diabolical. The customer service is horrible. The same scripted line told with every question asked. Def making a complaint to insurance

They are the worst! The dispatchers and drivers are disrespectful! When I called to find out why my schizophrenic brother was left out in the cold waiting for his driver, I was told that the driver was waiting away from the area he is supposed to pick him up. When the dispatcher staterted to raise his voice and make excuses why they are not picking him up where they are supposed to, I became upset informing him that they are supposed to pick him up infront of my building. The dispatcher rudely hung up on me. This is not the first time, it's happened more that once. If you want a reliable service, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Not the first time this has happened, will be reporting to Medicaid Transportation services....wouldnt be suprised if charging fraudulent trips
