The owner is extremely unprofessional and not at all helpful when dealing with her own companies failures. I am the first to acknowledge that every company has issues that need to be ironed out and as a professional we should all work together to resolve any issues so that the people that count on us for their care have a smooth experience. Instead of being helpful she was just the opposite and was completely disrespectful and even hostile when she was asked to simply assist with an issue that should have been easy to sort out. If I could leave zero stars I would.
