- KKKAZJul 20, 20255.0Absolutely fantastic! I reached out to Tran Star for a quote for round trip airport service, including an extra stop. The quote was competitive and included gratuity. Driver was supposed to pick up at 4:15 AM and arrived at 3:59 AM. I really like that they email and text you the driver information including their name and picture, as well as the driver's direct number. Our return trip was easy as well. I followed the directions they gave and met our driver, Jonas. Both drivers were friendly, professional and accommodating to any requests. I will not hesitate to use them again...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. My reservation was confirmed with an email and text. The driver, Ahmed from Metro Livery, texted upon arrival (he was 15 minutes early). He was professional and courteous. Ahmed’s car was new, clean, and smelled nice; and he offered cold water bottles, and asked music preferences. I appreciated Ahmed’s kind and excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

The driver knew how to navigate the city, even when there was a 5K that blocked most of the streets near the terminal. When we were picked up he made sure he was right outside the terminal when we exited! I will use them again and again! I highly recommend this limo business!! Thank you so much!

Our driver was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our day special, and even so far as to hold umbrellas for our bridesmaids and call our hotel when we were running beyond schedule. He treated me- the bride- like a princess! It was raining and he had a beautiful umbrella and followed me around and was there to help with anything possible, he even fixed my dress for me right before the door open to make sure my train was perfect ! You can’t get any better than that. He had such a fun kind personality that made the day so fun! After dropping off the bridal party at the venue, he transported our guests who all had great things to say about the ride over. We’d highly recommend Transtar Limo!
