    We had such a great experience with PMV Limousines for our wedding. Mario and his team were fantastic—answering all of our questions and making the process easy and stress-free. They were professional, punctual, and truly a perfect addition to our wedding day. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch transportation!

    Mario and his team were so easy to work with. Communication with Mario leading up to the wedding was great, especially while scheduling multiple trips between the morning and evening of our day. Our driver was very punctual and professional, the stretch limo itself was clean, spacious, and felt so luxurious. The schedule included several morning trips from our hotel block to the wedding venue, as well as evening trips for my husband and me when leaving the venue and traveling to and from our after-party. Everything ran seamlessly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again in the future.

    We worked with PMV for our wedding day, and in our opinion, their services left something to be desired. They were professional and courteous over the phone and in arranging transportation both to and from our venue and the two hotels we used to host our guests, but we have two primary complaints that were not well addressed after speaking with the owner, Mario. First, on our wedding day, the shuttles arrived at our hotels with time to spare, but the driver never bothered to step outside the shuttle to ask people to board. They sat and waited for our guests to realize that the departure time had already come and gone. The driver then decided to call Mario to tell him that no one was boarding. Mario then called me, the groom, on my wedding day to let me know that no one was boarding the shuttles. Instead of asking the driver to simply walk into the hotel to inquire where the guests were, they chose to bring this matter directly to the couple getting married. As I was busy enjoying my wedding day, I was not available to answer the call and later found a voicemail informing me of the issue. After communicating the problem to the rest of the wedding party, our friends and family were able to go outside and start boarding. This ordeal delayed the start time of our ceremony by 30 minutes and cut into an already very busy day. Second, after our wedding, my wife and I took some time at the venue to gather all our belongings. After finalizing things, we walked out to find that the shuttles had already left. Fortunately, we were able to ride back to our hotel with my parents, but I cannot in good faith recommend hiring the services of a shuttle company that forgets to gather the bride and groom on their wedding day. Mario called me directly the day after the wedding. The intention of his call was to ask why no gratuity was added for the drivers after their services. I told him that we never had the chance to tip, since the shuttle left without us on our wedding day. Mario said he needed to “check the contract,” as he was under the impression that the shuttle was supposed to take two trips to and from our venue. Respectfully, this was not the case, as our venue was 30 minutes away from our hotel and we were on a tight timeline to return to the hotel for our after-party. We decided to still go ahead and leave a tip despite these issues, but I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed my wife and I were with how things went with PMV. Please spare yourself the extra drama and look elsewhere for your wedding shuttle services.

    We used PMV's Stretch Escalade for our bridal party and an SUV transport for family. Everything was smooth and the limo was a lot of fun! Our drivers were so friendly and professional. We are so glad we used Mario and his team!

    I am so sad to say after many years of loyal patronage, our driver did not show for an airport run this morning. This is the second time this has happened. I called and got vm 3 times at 630am and by 640 we jumped in the car with our kids and drove ourselves. I sent an email voicing my dissatisfaction at 655am and as of 6 hours later, I have heard nothing from Mario or his staff. I am so disheartened by this. As a fellow small business owner, I know how important customer service and communication is. All it would have taken is a phone call or a text from the driver that he was running late or something happened. I would have absolutely understood. 6 hours since my email, I have heard nothing. At this point, don’t bother. For this to happen twice is unacceptable. You have lost us as a customer.
