  The booking process was straightforward and easy. On the day of moving, the crew showed up on time and was very respectful. I have to give them credit for helping us on a very hot day. With that being said, there was damage incurred during the move. Given the 48 hr policy to report damage, I only asked for $150 in compensation to cover wall damage in both the old and new house. However, I never received payment despite reaching out numerous times for an update. Just complete silence after a few initial responses agreeing to compensation. I could have argued for more for all the other damage that I found over the course of the next few weeks (i.e. broken washing machine that could not be fixed and cost ~$1200 to replace). But I did not. I only asked for $150.

  Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and dishonest! They were hired to pack and then store some things for a couple of months. The packers were very clearly high. They overlooked items that very clearly needed to be packed. Then, after storing for a couple of months they lost a pod full of irreplaceable, sentimental, and expensive items. That were expensive to have made. First they lied and said that there was never a pod and now they say they just can’t find it and it must be gone. Do not trust this company!

  I have had my stuff in storage with this company since August. I have two crates/pods. I was supposed to have them delivered to my house yesterday, but the movers arrived with only one crate. The WHOLE POD is missing. I have no idea how a storage company can lose a whole 6 by 6 by 8 crate but they managed. I have called and called and nobody will get back to me. Apparently the owner and manager are at their lake house and nobody else in the whole company is trained well enough to figure out what happened. I am pregnant and due any day and the pod included all my kitchen supplies and many items I need for the baby. Assuming they haven't completely lost my stuff it will likely still not still not be here in time for the baby, because I am literally about to pop. I used them for packing and moving as well, and those services were subpar, but nothing compares to being able to lose a whole storage pod. In addition to things I need for the baby, I am a musician and had all the copies of my bands CDs stored which will be completely unable to replace if they have lost. Editing to add that I would have waited to review them to see if they resolved the issue, but then I saw the owner had replied thanking someone who gave them a good review yesterday..... so he's got time to be reading reviews, just no time to be taking care of costumers that his company has massively messed over.

  Had an excellent experience with Simple Moves! Corey and Brandon moved everything with caution and really impressed me with the way they maneuvered their way in and out of rooms in my apartment and house. Even my very particular gf was impressed. Would highly recommend using Simple Moves as your next mover.

  Disappointing. They knew in advance that we had a full house and a storage unit to be moved, and we provide photos and videos of the house. They estimated the job at 7 hours with 6 men. Only 5 showed up and one of the 5 was in poor health. A couple of the guys were hard workers, but the group spent way too much time laughing and sitting/standing around. The move ended up taking over 13 hours and they didn't even move anything from the storage unit. Because of the additional hours the job cost $1,400 more than the estimate we were given. Would not recommend.
