However, this compensation did not fully address the extent of the issues I faced. I could actually continue because there’s more but I leave this gentle review. Missing Items In addition to the damage, I am missing two Norman Rockwell paintings. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email and text message to resolve this matter, but received no response—no calls, no texts, nothing. Final Recommendation Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for their moving needs.

They were very professional, helpful and kind, and got our stuff out of the house, organized in a storage unit, and moved some stuff into our temporary living situation all within 2 hours. At the end they even gave us a little box with champagne, hand soap and some cleaning stuff you might need when you move. I also thought their services were priced fairly, especially compared to other services in the area. All in all I would 10/10 recommend their services! We will be using them again when we have to move.
