Affordable fares, good service, but not the best choice if you have an appointment as pick up/ drop off time varies day to day. On the plus side bus will come to any country location in the county.

Late or impaitant drivers that if they are told someone will be out i a minute and decide to leave the customer at there house and some drivers are nice and polite but some are impolite, rud and some drivers do not like a lot of excessive talking between passangers riding on the vans to make the experience more pleaseurible ride for all to enjoy but no that is not the case. So it is a new rider beware warning if i have to take this bus line i would rather get a ride from a friend or family member to avoid actually avoid using this only one public transpartation service. And late and no shows get written down and double billed the next time you use the service and if you live in the out skirts of coldwater a 24 hour next day pick up phone call is required. As i stated this service should be used as a last reasort transpartation if nobody can take you or it is a long walk to get to and from if no one else is avalible to transport you. This is on going issue that i have experienced in the passed and i have gotten very angry over these issues i have with bata and talking to them is one thing but having a objective complaint over this issue and nobody there wants to listen to you over it on the phone or in person. This is a riders warning do not take bata and find somebody else to take you where you need to go and plus they'er not even open during the weekend's leaving you stranded place's and before a cartain time before they close on week days at a cartain time as i said your stranded there or over night or your are stranded some place during the weekends until monday morning at the latest with prior 24 hour phoned in notice...
