- GFgage fratesJan 2, 20261.0So it really sucks to have to do this, but if I could give no stars at this point I would and it’s not because of the driver the driver was excellent. It’s the fact that they make you pay an extremely large amount of money and then the radio didn’t work at all, and the driver informed the owner or the manager. His response he went out and hooked up his phone and it was fine even though the driver seen it wasn’t working then we could not plug our cords in the back to charge our phones either so the solution for this was 10% off over $1000 bill. It’s just not OK you expect somebody to pay an extremely large amount of money you expect these services to be there I know it seems minor but to me it wasn’t in the fact that they acted like it was no big deal not OK so I guess this is why it’s reflected in this review and after this experience, it sucks because the driver was great, but I probably would not use the service again.
