Im glad I was wrong, they wrapped and moved the furniture effortlessly and at the end, one of them even fixed the dresser that I almost broke. I would definitely use them again.

Asong will discuss one price ($375) with you over the phone, then we he sees that your neighborhood looks nice he will increase the price to $1,075. His movers will also run 3 hours late, and instead of discounting you, he will decide your time is useless and add another person to compensate for his mistake. When you kindly discuss the proper price to him and his moving men, he will angrily disagree and go back and forth with you over the phone. His moving men will also threaten to dump everything on your yard if you dont pay the fee to Asong before they leave your home, (even though a receipt nor invoice is sent to you prior to the amended fee to justify the amount he is charging you). Do yourself a favor. NEVER, EVER, use this company. They are thieves!

- TTTaft TowersDec 8, 20251.0Low-level professionalism. As the General Manager I specifically asked them to not move thru the front lobby. The worker emphasized that it "just one item". They were with the resident, and they acknowledged it was a mattress. I told them if they needed drive around and move through the back loading area. I went back to my office and shortly thereafter, saw them exiting having dragged the mattress through our lobby. I suppose a company would be fast cutting corners and not observing the rules.
