By the time they got movers to me we missed the window I had scheduled the loading dock, the drivers took 2 hours to drive 1 hour distance, and THEY BROKE AN ANTIQUE LAMP. I payed, waited a day to cool down and called the company to talk to someone and got called, verbatim, “a lair”. I expect moves to have bumps and be frustrating but it was thing after thing with them and they took responsibility for none of it. I heard about them through a coworkers and maybe at one point they were okay but I would not work with them after this AI incident. Give your business to a company with real people, or at least one that owns up to their mistakes using AI.
