Not only were they unable to follow directions for pick up and drop off, but they arrived way too early that guests were not only left at the hotel but guests saw me in my wedding gown before walking down the aisle. I have emailed them 2 days ago and still have not received a response!!!

Most people use “party buses/limousines” for music and to get the pre game started. Unfortunately for BOTH our rides the radio/bluetooth/aux did not work. Our driver was nice, but didn’t care and actually said “the system has been acting up” so he was aware of the issue prior to picking us up. Then maybe use a different transportation picking up wedding parties? Overall disappointed in the service and urge them to do better especially for wedding parties and the price they are charging-HAVE MUSIC. If I had known we wouldn’t have music, we would’ve just taken our own cars or used a different company, would’ve saved us a lot of money.
